Services and price list

Services are what a client books. Every service has a name, price and duration, and you set who performs it and what it runs on.

What you set on a service

• Name, price and duration — the basics the client sees in the price list.
• Buffer after — time for cleanup or preparation that extends the slot without the client seeing it.
• Category and colour — for a clear overview in the price list and the calendar.
• Who performs it — the staff who carry out the service.
• What it runs on — the equipment the service needs.

If a service has no one or nothing to perform it, it is not offered to clients — so nobody books something you cannot deliver.

Importing a price list

You do not have to retype your price list. Via Import price list you upload a photo of a printed price list, a PDF or a file (XLSX, CSV, DOCX), or paste rows from Excel. Reservme prepares a list of services from it for review — nothing is saved until you approve it.
