Getting started with Reservme

You can get Reservme up and running yourself in a few minutes. This guide walks you through everything from signing in to your first booking.

Passwordless login

Your account uses link-based login — you don't make up or remember a password. Enter your email, you get a login link, and you're in. You can also sign in with Google.

Business and branch

After signing in for the first time, you set up a business — that's your company. A business can have one or more branches. Clients are shared across branches, while the calendar, services, and team belong to each branch individually. If you have a single location, you simply work with one branch.

Setup wizard

On first launch, a wizard walks you through three steps:

  1. Services — what you offer, how long it takes, and how much it costs.
  2. Opening hours — when you accept clients.
  3. Booking window — how far ahead clients can book and the earliest available slot.

After that, your booking page is live.

Your booking page

The booking page works like a mini-website: address, phone, price list, and available slots. Share the link on Instagram, Facebook, or your Google profile — clients pick a service, day, and time from what's actually available, even at midnight. A printable QR code is also available.

Your first booking

When a client books, they get a confirmation email with a calendar invite, and a reminder the day before the appointment. You see the booking in the Calendar. You can enter a phone client with one tap — online slots adjust immediately, so two clients can never end up with the same time.
