Plans and billing

Reservme has a Free plan that's free forever, and paid plans Start, Business, and Pro for growing businesses. Exact prices and limits are on the pricing page on the main site.

What paid plans unlock

Depending on the plan, in addition to higher limits (bookings, users with access, branches), you also get more features:

• a larger monthly SMS reminders package,
• Google review requests and displaying your rating on the booking page,
• advanced statistics and a company-wide overview,
• exports and a calendar feed.

Billing

We need billing details only when you upgrade to a paid plan or top up SMS credits — without them we can't issue an invoice. You set them up in the business settings.

SMS credits

SMS reminders are drawn from the monthly package included in your plan. Once credits run out, clients are no longer offered an SMS reminder and get one by email instead. You can top up credits separately.
