Google reviews

After a completed visit, Reservme sends the client a review request on your behalf. You choose where it leads.

Where the review leads

For each branch you set the request's destination:

• Off — we don't send the request.
• Custom link — we send the client to a link you provide.
• To Google — we send the client straight to your Google profile.

Rating on the booking page

Once your Google listing is connected, you can display the rating directly on the booking page. Connecting a Google listing and displaying the rating is part of the paid plans.
