Roles and access
You can invite colleagues into the admin and give them exactly the access they need. Reservme has three roles.
Owner
Sees and manages everything: the calendar, clients, services, the team and billing and the plan. Only the owner can change company settings, manage members and their roles, and delete the company. Whoever creates the company is automatically the owner.
Manager
Runs the operation: manages the calendar, bookings, clients, services and equipment, and can invite more members. But they do not see billing and cannot change company settings or manage owners and their roles. A role for someone who runs the business but should not touch the money or the company itself.
Member
Works where they should: manages the calendar and bookings, and sees clients, the price list, equipment and the team read-only. No access to statistics, billing or settings. Exactly what the person behind the chair needs.

Inviting an employee
When you add an employee via Team → New, you can send them an admin invitation right away. Once accepted, their account is linked to the employee card — the calendar column and the login then belong to one person, and the contact does not have to be typed twice.
